Delivery & Pick Up

You can choose to pick up your item(s) at our store or have your order delivered.

In-Store Pick Up

If you prefer to pick up your order you can choose that option during the checkout procedure. You will be notified by email when your merchandise is ready to be picked up. Once you receive this notification your merchandise will be ready to pick up at our store location at 150 North Macquesten Pkwy (2nd Floor), Mount Vernon, NY 10550.

At the time of pick up we will require the credit card used for the purchase, the purchaser's driver's license or a state issued photo ID and the email confirmation or order number. Only the account holder of the purchasing credit card or an authorized user of that card can pick up the merchandise to ensure the order is picked up by the correct purchaser.

All items being picked-up at the store location must be picked up no later than 3-5 days after the promised pick-up date noted. Any pick-ups longer than 3-5 days must be noted and approved, otherwise storage fees may apply.

Local Delivery (2-5 mile radius)

Local Deliveries are shipments made within a certain distance from our Showroom/Store located at 150 North Macquesten Pkwy (2nd Floor), Mount Vernon, NY 10550. Included in this area are all parts of the Bronx, parts of Mt. Vernon, parts of Yonkers and parts of lower Westchester.

Local deliveries generally arrive 24-72 hours after the order is placed. Should you require an earlier delivery please call (914) 664-5160 or e-mail us at sales@appliancedriven.com and every effort will be made to assist you with your order.

Please contact us at (914) 664-5160 or email us at sales@appliancedriven.com if your delivery will require more than one flight of stairs or additional attention. Buildings with an elevator are exempt from this policy.

Installations are at optional costs but are available on all deliveries and will be performed at the time of the delivery. Please call (914) 664-5160 or email us at sales@appliancedriven.com to determine the fees based on the products selected.

Removal of the old appliances is a free accommodation that Appliance Connection offers on all deliveries. As long as the item is disconnected, our drivers will remove it off the premises at no charge. If we are hired for the installation of any item, Appliance Connection will handle all aspects of the disconnection and removal of the old appliance.

Built in appliances, such as Sub-Zero, Viking, or any type of refrigeration that has a height more than 79 inches will be excluded from this free removal offer.

Extended Local Delivery
