We sold our home and moved to a new one. The same refrigerator (counter depth) was in the old home for two years with no problems whatsoever. Particularly impressive was the icemaker that had no issues (unlike our old Whirlpool Gold). We needed a new one for our new home, so elected to go with what we know in standard depth (the doors on the counter depth didn't open all the way, which we knew they wouldn't when we bought it). And yes, it doesn't chill the water, but we knew that, too. Overall 5 stars.

I have had this for about a week. Very nice looking. Love the room in it. Room for larger boxes like pizza on the top shelf in the freezer. Love the smaller ice cubes it makes. I did not like the manual that came with it. could have explain the front panel better and use of the ice maker. Over all it is a great buy.

I had to replace a French Door fridge from another brand. It was a bit more spacious than my side by side Frigidaire, but I just had to change things up a bit. I like the smaller size of the ice cubes. They™™re perfect for putting in insulated water bottles.

Spacious.When the Ice maker finishes filling, there will be lots of ice.Freezer holds 0 temp.Con: I can only get the Refrigerator side below the low 40's by setting it at 33 degrees.Needs adjustment or repair.

I like the sleek design. It is roomy and well thought out. I find moving the shelves to be very difficult because they want to come apart from the backing. I had to go bakc to the salesroom to have an associate show me how to reposition the shelving. The associate also struggled with this.

Love refrigerator but lower drawers need to be wider to prevent from falling off of slides. Ice maker overflowed and and quit working, cleaned out, unplugged and again changed filter. Finally it started working again so cancelled service call.

I previously owned a refrigerator with French door and the freezer on the bottom. I purchased the stainless steel side by side and love it. Looks great in my kitchen. Quality product with plenty of space. Staff was great to work with. Delivery staff were amazing. All were.very courteous.

We got the Frigidaire GRSS2652AF as part of our new home purchase. It™™s an okay fridge overall ™" the fridge section has a nice, easy layout and good drawer space. The freezer, though, is pretty slim and fills up fast. Works fine, just not a ton of storage room.

This was an emergency replacement for my (very) old fridge that died suddenly. This has all the same basic features so just a drop-in replacement. It's a little plastic-y inside, but looks nice and seems to function perfectly. I like the look and layout of the water/ice dispenser. I like the look and feel of the handles, but they seem to get dirty very easily. Overall, I'm happy with it.

We manage 65 properties for our clients and we buy appliances quite often. We will never buy a Frigidaire appliance again because they do not stand behind their product after the initial 12 month warranty. We bought a refrigerator in August 2024 and one year and one month later the refrigerator quit working completely. The control board went out and it cost over $500 to replace it, outrageous!

This is our purchase of a second Frigidaire gallery model refrigerator. We wouldn™™t have bought a second one if we weren™™t thrilled with the first one. We hope that the second one is even better, with improved lighting on the interior, and less noise as the refrigerator runs. Although the icemaker is a little bit louder than our previous model, it runs efficiently, and the size of the ice cubes are much more convenient to what we want. And it makes ice really fast.

Our first delivery had a factory defect so the ice maker didn™™t work. We immediately got a replacement from the factory through Home Depot with no issues. The replacement works beautifully, made ice within the first 24 hours, and temp reached desired settings within a few hours of install. Overall, I am very happy with this model!! The ice maker is a little noisy for those who care about that sort of thing, but it doesn™™t bother us at all. Doors are even, it™™s a very pretty addition to my kitchen, has tons of space insode, shelves adjust to my liking, I love that the deli drawer is right above the 2 crispers, and it works extremely well!!

Like the fridge other than a few things;1. When the fan is running the unit is a lot louder than the 14 year old Frigidaire Gallery side by side it replaced. 2. The ice container is about half the size of the previous fridge (it does have a convenient shelf in that space).3. The LED lighting, while it is nice and bright when it's empty. After it is filled up there are a lot of dark areas.For the price I'm happy with it so far.

This is the 5th one they have brought me with 3 different times of emptying my refrigerator 3 actually made it in the house and 2 have gone back as not fixable afte 3 different service appointments on 2 of the refrigerator. The problem with the first 2 was the control panel keep getting water in it and then it would lock me out so no water no ice and no control over my refrigerator. Also the first one had condensation on that back as it wasn™™t insulated properly. I am hoping this will be the last replacement this one seems to have been built differently than the first 2

Recently we needed to purchase a fridge quickly. I prefer a side by side and this one meet all our criteria and then some! It is extremely roomy inside and I especially like the large bins in the freezer compartment. It has been a few years since I had a deli compartment and I do like this extra compartment. Overall, it is a great fridge that looks amazing. I am so glad it was available with the outer surface that does not show fingerprints!

Previous Frigidaire refrigerator was from 2008 was under sized, but it was working. Until a massive power surge took out our refrigerator & various appliances. So sense we had such good luck an longevity from the previous model, and as well we liked our Frigidaire gas range/oven we decided to stay with the same manufacturer.
