While it's the same size as my previous refrigerator, it seems smaller inside the refrigerator part. The freezer is generous. One thing that is very annoying is the water/ice dispenser. It is the most used feature in our house and to have to constantly tap to activate the selection, then tap till you get to the part you want (water, cubed ice, crushed ice) is such a nuisance. Every other refrigerator I've owned has these selections on separate options.

I bought the refrigerator 2 yrs ago and the ice maker already stopped working, I did not buy the extended warranty because Whirlpool was a relatively reliable brand, I was wrong, we contacted the Whirlpool customer service and they wanted to send us a technician but at a $130 cost, already having to spent more money on this refrigerator. I should have stayed with my 16 yrs old Frigidaire. Also, food does not last fresh in this refrigerator, a total gigantic piece of junk in my kitchen.

Great product, poor installation service

Ordered a new model WRF757SDHV black stainless refrigerator direct the Whirlpool. Love the refrigerator! Love the space inside! Besides the refrigerator, we purchased installation and extended warranty. Installation was not up to par. During installation, I had to fix the valve. Before I could get it fixed, which was less than 15 minutes, the delivery guys left. They told my wife they would leave the water line and I can hook it up. Guess what™€¦they didn™€™t leave the water line. I called them and they went OOPS, they forgot and hung up. I called back and they never answered again or returned my call. I had to go to Ace Hardware to purchase a water line and install it myself. Not really a big deal other than I paid for installation, it wasn™€™t completed, and I had to pay extra for the water line.

Like the refrigerator. Would have liked it sooner since our old one went out. However, I bought a small refrigerator for necessities. Delivery was delayed several days than what was originally quoted. Installation was par service. I had to repair a valve, which took 20 minutes. The 2 guys left and didn™€™t finish the installation that I purchased with the refrigerator. They told my wife that they would leave me a hose for the water supply, which they didn™€™t. I called them on their cell phone and they admitted forgetting to leave it. They never called back and/or showed up with it. We had to go buy one at our local Ace Hardware and finish the installation ourselves. Very disappointing on installation.

Pretty fridge; not organized well

Very pretty and cooled down very quickly after delivery. The right rear wheel was broken and we're working with the store we bought it from to fix it. We previously had a side by side fridge so we still haven't figured out how to organize and store frozen food appropriately in a chest style bin. Because we don't use the ice maker and did not connect our water line to the fridge, it made a noisy grinding noise about once an hour until we found the switch for the ice maker and turned it off. Also, not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but the fridge makes a noise like a phone ringing a couple of times an hour. Not sure who it is trying to call... maybe Whirlpool. Seems to be missing a narrow door bin for the bottom right side... there's a place for it but we didn't receive one. Finally, instead of another deep door bin, perhaps an egg carton holder, with the closable clear plastic lid, like normal fridges "back in the day"?

We have had this fridge for 3 years and it™€™s been great. However, when you forget to put the frozen meat on a plate and you end up with red juice from the bottom shelf on down, it™€™s a bear to clean up. The unit with the apples and peppers is a big unit, heavy, and it needs to be tipped to get it out for cleaning. I would not buy this refrigerator again. I™€™m too old for this.

Problem with freezer seal

I bought this refrigerator in June and immediately had a good amount of condensation on the seal at the top of the freezer. A repairman has been to try to fix it but nothing has solved the problem. I have to wipe a good deal of water off the seal every day. I™€™m waiting for a new freezer door that will hopefully solve the problem.

We love the black stainless finish. lots of storage room. Like the adjustable shelves and the sliding shelves. The in door ice maker does take quite a bit of space and it would be nice if there were two levers for ice and water instead of one. LED lighting is very nice and bright. Top of freezer drawer always has condensation sitting on gasket when it's opened, not sure if upper door gasket is not sealing or what. Very annoying. Otherwise, seems to be a decent refrigerator.

LOUD & STOPPED working less than 30 days

If I could give it a lower score I would. We have had this less than 30 days. It has been rattling & knocking continuously. Called for service and Flamingo came 12 days after install. They were there less than 15 minutes. The only thing they did was grove & scratch our hardwood floor. Then it stopped cooling completely for two days. Then the rattling can back and is now running colder (30 deg. but set at 37). We have another service call next week. We've owned Whirlpool fridges for over 20 years. This one must be a lemon. We love the space and configuration of the fridge and want a quite & working fridge. Yes, if it was working, I would recommend this.

The noise this unit makes is ridiculous. My previous Whirlpool made some noise but not nearly as bad as this on. I can't believe the engineers and designer of this unit expect customers to think this is normal. It's almost unbearable. I called Whirlpool and they are sending someone out on Friday and I'm sure they will tell me that it's all normal. If this is so Whirlpool will never have my business again. The sales people should at least warn buyer. I will give the engineers 4 stars for FINALLY redesigning the ice maker. In my last model it jammed all the time and broke down for repairs twice.

I bought this ref, 3 weeks ago. Found the the upper door seals leak air at the bottom middle because of a design flaw. Apparently their is no fix. This causes condensation to form and collect on the freezer top seal. Annoying having to wipe dry every two or three days. Other wise the refrigerator seems to be operating correctly. Bought refrig. site unseen and disappointed that this $2500.00 refrigerator does not have a separate butter keeper compartment. It seems that quality has been sacrificed for efficiency in most product these days.

I had the refrigerator 2 years and compressor went out. Yes it was under warranty and after 8 visits by repair company, I give up! Freezer temp wouldn™€™t stay 0-5 degree to generate ice with new compressor. Many, many customer service calls. The serial number would get mixed up with my washer for some reason at Whirlpool and have bad service records. I spent 4 months at this. I am done™€¦

Bought this appliance a month ago. Three days after delivery, service tech had to replace faulty ice maker. Direct from the factory. Since then, I have had 3 service calls for condensation on the freezer gasket. After every "repair", I'm promised that it will be fixed. But 3 days later, condensation again. Tech told me it was a known issue in manufacturing. I will continue to call for service until I am satisfied.

Bought this fridge 6 weeks ago thought it was great except for the faint ringing all the time and much noisier motor than our last. Then it started getting louder and louder and motor sounded like it was dying, then door alarm started going off for 5 min EVERY time you opened the door and all the lights would pulse non stop. Contacted Whirlpool they sent out service person 4 days later. He didnt even look at fridge just started ordering all new control boards! I would guess its the motor or compressor food is freezing, Continued to talk to whirlpool daily, just got sorry your having troubles. Its been 2 weeks of a door dinging all the time, no help from whirlpool - store agreed to take it back and I bought an LG. Love it

Our 20 yr old Side-by side Whirlpool Refrigerator passed away suddenly overnight in it's sleep. The family is thankful that it passed quickly and it did not suffer. Side-by-side will be survived by it's 1 week old offspring, French Door 27 cu ft. Although we will miss our trusted Side-by-Side friend, We take solace that it lived a full and joyous life. The family remains optimistic that this new generation will inherit the longevity and reliability of its predecessor. So far, French Door is holding up well. in lieu of flowers, please send cash to help the family off-set the expenses associated with the unforeseen tragedy.

I bought this a month ago to replace a 2-year-old LG refrigerator that the icemaker had broken and I had a warrantee so they gave me my money back (Home depot). So far so good very nice refrigerator! Love the lights and it is lights up to the whole space and it is easy to see everything. I purchased online without reviewing it and it has a platter pull out tray area that I do not really like but I am able to still put bins of food on their. 1 disappointment was the water filter holding area would fill with water. I bought a different water filter for $40 and tried that. Thankfully that resolved the issue.

Great fridge but noisy

I love this refrigerator. Keeps everything nice and cold. Very organized. Much Bigger than the old one we had. I would have given it 5 stars but it is very noisy in our open concept kitchen.

Purchased on 7-2-24. Can only give a 4 Star because of the condensation that is on the bottom freezer drawer. Will have to call a technician out to look at it. Overall it's a very nice unit.
