LG will not deliver your product for months. I ordered my unit in July and their delivery partner will not contact me. Anytime I contact LG they are unable to help me with my order and anytime I contact the delivery partner they say they need to receive the product from LG. This is immensely frustrating and I highly recommend no one purchase from LG.

I purchased this product based on reviews and the salesperson. Unfortunately the product is worthless and the customer service is beyond horrible. Of course everything worked wonderfully for the first three months and then the washer control panel started going on the fritz. I called customer service and as was routed to a noisy call center whose only goal is to take warranty calls and close them out as quickly as possible. After being told someone would reach out to me to service the unit I felt a-ok about the situation. Two weeks later and no follow up I call again this time I was routed to someone who seemed to care and was very helpful. Here we are another two weeks later an absolutely no follow up from the service provider as I was told. It seems modern appliances are junk and this product is no exception. I want a full refund replacement unit or fully guaranteed repair LGs main goal is to stall you out until the one year warranty is up and then they can just shrug their shoulders.

Ive bad this for about 2wks now and Im loving this washtower. We have this weird terrible design where the washer dryer has to be stacked in a closet. My previous frontload LG set fit- comfortably. After multiple measurements and extensive research I have found that all the new machines are bigger than the ones I had. There was no way I was going to risk getting a new set in hopes that it would magically fit. Nope. This washer tower was an a great alternative. Even better. The machines fits nicely with room on top to spare AND the capacity is bigger. I love the wifi function and notifications for when the loads are done. When you live in a TRI level home with the washroom on the first floor its nice not to have to go up and down stairs to check how much time is left. I can just pull up my app and check the time on. I also like that I can start a load via the app in case I need it to be delayed but I just recently discovered that delayed start is a feature in the app So awesome. Not that Ill use it much but its nice to know that its there. A feature that I found kind of cool was that the dryer automatically selects the setting you used in the wash. If I was using the bedding settings in the washer the dryer selects that when it turns on. Kind of neat. And my absolute favorite of all. The color. That red is FIRE.

Horrible customer service / terrible delivery

Horrible experience purchasing this LG washer/drye unitr. I was supposed to receive it on June 6 but the delivery people did not arrive. The rescheduled date was June 11 once again the delivery people did not arrive. The reason that the delivery company which is called RXO supplied was contradictory: too much traffic and defective merchandise. I spent over three hours on the phone today and was unable to resolve the problem LG kept transferring me to RXO and RXO kept transferring me to LG. Finally I was told that the washer/dryer would have to be returned to the warehouse and that I would have to place a brand new order and purchase the washer.dryer unit again though not at the original price I purchased during a Memorial Day sale but the currently advertised price which is $700 more. When I asked to speak to a supervisor my call was disconnected. I am absolutely appalled by the horrible customer service offered by by LG and terrible delivery company.

I bought this late last year from Best Buy after getting them to match the great deal here at the LG site. Took forever to get but those are supply chain issues. Love it and it works like a charm. Only thing I dont like is that I bought it partly for the internet connection but its only a 2K one when I have 4K and to upgrade it I would need the internet connection I believe. Quite the conundrum. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. I adore the cherry red color. One odd thing is that when I try to do a timed dry the lowest time is 20 minutes but when you hit the button it jumps to 40 so you have to cycle back around to 20....why?

This wash tower is a excellent choice I had two appliances taking up space this gave me enough room for a clothes folding table and nice laundry soap storage I have had a few washing machines over the last 35 years this one by far gives you the most clean clothes Ive ever had come out of any washer by a long shot they smell good without scented detergents I use plant based detergents for my septic system and no fabric softners..I like that your phone alerts you clothes are washed and dried and you can even turn it off and on with your phone..The dryer is good but for some reason doing bedding I have to run on very dry to ensure my comforter has no damp spots when the dry cycle is complete.. If your on the fence I wouldnt hesitate to buy again very quiet very nice and efficient

I am writing a follow-up on my last review since I contacted LG today. Its been weeks LG has yet to contact me. once a week I call and they keep saying the same thing. That someone from the executive department is going to contact me about my claim. I tried to call and see if I could speak to a supervisor but they kept telling me that they could not transfer me to a supervisor because they had transferred my case to the executive department. that doesnt make sense. You would think that theyll transfer you to their supervisor but I guess they dont have any. And they keep saying that theyre going to call me tomorrow or today which they never do. This is getting out of hand and I feel like I am running towards the wall every time I contact LG. Do not waste your time by buying their products. Whos running this circus?

Do not purchase this washer and dryer from LG

The worst washer and dryer to buy and to add to it customer service. The washer instead of washing my clothes is staining all my clothes. I contacted LG to come service my dryer thinking that it was my dryer burning my clothes. But that wasnt the issue. The issue was the washer. Oh yeah by the way when LG sent the technician out the technician broke my light fixture on top of my kitchen island. Im still waiting to get compensated for my light fixture and my clothes that got ruined. Im close to at least $1000 worth of ruined clothes. I bought this washer and dryer in one at Costco. Costcos been helpful to be the middle person to contact LG. My warranty with Costco is only 60 days and I still have a warranty with lg. Its been weeks I yet to get any response from LG to see what theyre going to do with this washer and dryer. I wish I could just return it and get my money back at this time. This is costing me more than these washers and dryers my time to go to a laundromat and money to spend out of my house to wash clothes. The technician came out to service the washer from lg. The only thing that he did was to take pictures from inside the washer drum and didnt perform any kind of service. I was told by the technician that he was going to have a conference call with the supervisor to see how to fix this issue. I dont know how it is that a picture could tell you how to fix this. I text the technician to see if he had any updates technicians answer I am barely submitting this ticket I am going to talk to my supervisor on a Skype call to see how is it that we could fix this issue. This was after 2 days of technician taking pictures. I have yet to get any updates about this problem with the washer. I called LG multiple times and it seems like its taking them forever to give me a straight answer and lg told me that someone was going to contact me today. but I havent been contacted by LG. I am over these dryer and washer. With this experience Ill never purchase another LG product. Ill let friends and family know about this issue that Im having with LG so they can save their time by dealing with LG. Do not purchase this item and save time and money.

Quiet machine love the color options

I love how quiet this machine is. Even the timer when the cycle is over I actually look for my phone lol. It is quick and everything comes out so nice and clean. I will never go back to a top load water again. This thing is wonderful. I had such a hard time finding something to fit in my laundry room because it was small and a main water line ran right in front of the washer. But this is perfect for tight spaces.
